Michelle is very experienced and clearly loves cats and helping people understand their cats. I highly recommend her! I needed guidance and at-home assistance introducing our newly adopted senior cat to my resident cats. Michelle came to our house fully equipped with props and ready to work. I appreciated the in-person help; a zoom call would not have worked. I could tell from the very start that she has a special way with cats. She was patient and did not rush -- with the cats and with me, as she explained each step she was taking. Michelle involved me in the process so I could work on steps on my own. Before leaving the house, Michelle came up with a plan for the introductions. I have been in contact with her by txt, sending pictures and videos. She always responds quickly, giving further guidance and encouragement. I am making good progress thanks to Michelle!

I contacted Michelle after we inherited my late mother's cat. It had been 2 months and one of our cats had accepted the new cat but the other cat was still refusing to accept her and was still aggressively hissing through the gate. I honestly wasn't sure how or when to open the gate and introduce the two cats.

Michelle helped us with her low-key, positive methods and the cats were in the same room (supervised) on Michelle's first visit. I continued to work with the cats using her methods and Michelle came back a second time to reinforce what she had taught us the first time. We're still working on getting the cats used to each other. It's a process. But things are going well.

One thing I was especially impressed about was that it's very obvious that Michelle really loves what she does. She's very passionate about cats and has texted me several times since her visits checking in to see how things are going and making additional recommendations. I'm so glad I contacted Michelle to help us. We probably could have eventually gotten things to work out, but with Michelle's help things are going much more smoothly than they would have without her. I highly recommend her services for any cat behavior issues.

Michelle helped our cat, Abner, be social when people would come over. He used to get overstimulated and bite people. No more! Now, he perches on their laps and enjoys being with others! Thank you, Cloud 9 Feline!

I was skeptical she’d be able to work with my very agressive cat but then she told me she’s literally worked with tigers at the zoo.

I am a cat and dog lover. I KNOW how independent cats can be, but I’ve seen Michelle work wonders with God’s little furry creatures. She truly loves them, and it definitely shows in the training and care she gives them. She always wants to make sure each cat gets special attention. Pedigree, stray, not so pretty, lovely…it doesn’t matter to Michelle. They are ALL the same to her, and get treated that way – ALL WITH TLC. 🙂
